Paulina was born in Mendoza, Argentina and made Aliya in 2005. She obtained her B.A. in Management of Service Organizations in the tourism area from Hadassah Academic Collage. Paulina has worked in various positions in the incoming and outgoing tourism field for over 15 years. She joined the Routes team in 2018 as Manager of Hotel Reservations, working with youth groups such as Summer Camps, teen trips from North America, and March of the living Canada. In her free time loves to travel in Israel and around the world. Enjoy theater, cinema and spending time with her family.
