Dahlia was born and raised in Jerusalem in an English-speaking home. Dahlia grew up in Efrat and joined the Routes team in 2017. She initially worked on the team coordinating logistics for Birthright and teen programs. Today Dahlia is responsible for operating a variety of high level FIT and organizational programs. Dahlia’s background is quite diverse, after completing her National Service where she taught sign language in a Jewish-Arab school for the deaf. She then studied Naturopathy in college and decided to follow her passion for traveling. This led her to travel throughout India, Spain, and to spend a year exploring and farming in California and Hawaii. Once back in Israel, Dahlia worked producing music festivals in Jerusalem such as the Jerusalem Jazz Festival and Mekudeshet.
