3.1. Unless agreed otherwise, prices for Tours are based on a minimum number of Tour participants or Customers. The Operator reserves the right to cancel any Tour due to lack of participation and the decision to cancel will be advised at least 30 days prior to the Tour’s departure, in which case all funds received from Customer by Operator will

In such cases where programs are changed, a site removed will be substituted by an alternative visit or when considered in the best interests of the Customers, Operator may choose to remove a site to allow for more time at other listed locations. ln such an event the Operator will not offer a monetary refund or compensation of any kind to Customers.
8.3. It is Customer’s responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled flights (where applicable) and Tour components. In the case of flights, where applicable, arriving late may be considered a “no-show”, in which case Customers will not be eligible for a refund for the unused service(s).

9.3. If a Customer subject to VAT does not advise Operator of Israeli status as required, delay may be caused at hotels for room assignment.

The Operator is not responsible for any undertakings, offers and/or commitments whether written or verbal made by any unauthorized representative of the Operator including but not limited to hotel staff, tour guides and educators, or any other persons not under the Operator’s direct employment.
12.1. The prices provided in the Terms have been determined and calculated based on agreements and commitments related to the U.S. Dollar (“USD”)-New Israeli Shekel (“NIS”) exchange rates as of this publication date (“Rates”). Should Rates change Operator retains the unilateral right to adjust the prices at any time at its sole discretion.

As some credit card companies charge cardholders a fee for international transactions, Customer is encouraged to verify whether this will apply to Customer’s payment by inquiring with its credit card company.
15.1. In the event that Operator does not receive payments from the Customer according to the dates set forth herein or alternatively as set forth in Appendix A, Customer understands and agrees that the Operator has the right to cancel any and all reservations and Customer will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of such cancellation. Furthermore, in the event any reservations are canceled as a result of a failure to make timely payment, Customer understands that new reservations may be unavailable and/or may be available at different locations and/or may be available at higher rates than those originally offered in the Total Package Price.
15.2. ln the event a human or computer error occurs in the invoicing process the Operator reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.

19.1. Medical and Travel Insurance. Operator strongly recommends to Customers to purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance. Customer confirms his/her understanding that personal medical insurance, employment insurance, and/or credit card insurance does not always cover out-of-country medical issues, emergencies, or related costs. Therefore, Customer understands and agrees that it is Customer’s responsibility to review its medical insurance coverages and speak with Customer’s

Israeli VAT is not applicable to non-Israeli tourists for a variety of services and is therefore not included in prices. In this connection, please note the following:
▪ Should you be either a holder of an Israeli passport or a resident of Israel, you are subject by Israeli law to Israeli VAT (Value Added Tax) which is 18%, a tax which is not included in the above prices since non-Israeli tourists are exempt from this tax on key services. If we are informed of the participation of Israeli citizens/residents in advance, we can bill accordingly from the outset. Otherwise, any Israeli passport holders and/or residents regardless of where they reside, will be charged the VAT.
▪ With respect to tourists, although current regulations continue to exempt them from VAT on key services, this could change at any time, in which case VAT would have to be added by law to the services provided.
More than ever, Travel Insurance is a vitally important feature of any planned travel. Comprehensive travel insurance helps to protect you from many otherwise unavoidable financial implications which could result from cancellations, illness, and/or other causes. We very strongly urge all Tour participants to travel with appropriate and comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
