Sapir Suissa joined the Routes Team in 2022. Born and rased in Moshav Hosen in the Western Galilee, she moved to Jerusalem in 2014 to study social work at the Hebrew University. After completing her military service, Sapir gained experience in the field of tourism by working in the Jewish Agency Partnership2Gether in the Galilee, overseeing groups arriving from the UK, and as a counselor at Israel Experience for multiple groups. Sapir’s passion for traveling and exploring new cultures led her to spend a year in London working as a Youth Director at a Reform Synagogue. After returning to Israel, she became a Program Director for UK groups at Israel Experience, before assuming the role of heading the UK department at the English-speaking division. In her free time, Sapir loves to cook and bake and also travel around Israel to learn how to make different types of food from different cultures.
