Ravit joined Routes Travel with extensive experience in operations and administrative management. She has a proven track record in managing multiple projects and handling eveything from the planning stage to the execution. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Ravit is also committed to organizing activities and events for the Routes Team. She grew up in Hadera and majored in land of Israel studies. One of her favorite places in Israel is Mitzpe Ramon, where she finds peace and enjoys stargazing at the Observatory. Her love of nature and adventure can be seen in her hobbies, which include hiking, rappelling and sightseeing.
