Maor was born and raised in a small village outside of Jerusalem and was was very involved in her local youth group where she eventually became a madricha. Moar served as a commander in the Education Corp of the IDF. She worked with soldiers from underprivileged backgrounds integrating them into the regular army. After the army Maor studied Law and International relations at Hebrew University and was accepted to the Israeli Bar in 2012. Maor also holds a degree in Social Work from Bar Ilan University. Moar has been working in tourism in a number of different capacities since 2003 and joined Routes Travel in 2016. In her spare time Maor loves to bake and travel around Israel.
