Ilana is an experienced tour operator who has been responsible for youth and young adult programs at Routes since 2013. Born and raised in Rehovot to American parents who made Aliyah from New York, Ilana performed her National Service working with special needs children in one of Israel’s development towns. She has over 20 years of experience in the incoming and outgoing tourism field. Ilana lives in Efrat with her three children.
In addition to her background in tourism, Ilana is also trained as a Doula and lactation consultant. In her free time, she enjoys baking, sports, and spending time with her family.
