We have arrived back in New York early this morning after a smooth flight and an exhilarating week in Israel. Thanks to you – your expertise, knowledge, outstanding judgment and tireless efforts – we had a week that none of us will ever forget. We cannot tell you the last time we had a positive experience with a travel agent / tour company. Over the years, we simply planned everything ourselves to get it right. Little did we know there was a Routes Travel in the world! Who knew?!?! Thank you for all that you (and your colleagues) did for our family. While these trips might be your daily work, for us, it was an opportunity of a lifetime and you made it the trip of a lifetime for our family.
The program you assembled was simply perfect for us. It mixed the right balance of everything we were trying to accomplish. Fun. Interesting things. Unique things (Chef Tal was a sensation!). History. Religion. Israel. Food. Family. Comfort. On top of the schedule, you enabled us to pull off an unforgettable “Aliyah” ceremony for Grace at the King David Hotel. The event was awesome. Whatever we had hoped to achieve in venue and purpose was exceeded thanks to your extraordinary efforts for our family.
You went above and beyond for us helping us with all of the details. Jen and I have a new standard of excellence. Every time something came up your answer was, “not a problem” or “with pleasure.” You were available to us before and after our trip at all hours of the day working with great rigor to insure timely responses and important follow-up. You were creative in crafting our in itinerary. Thank you for supporting us for enabling our vision to become a reality.
As I told you when we spoke, our guide and driver were superb. Having had the opposite experience in the past, we cannot thank you enough for your careful consideration in matching us with them. Anyone working with them will have a rewarding experience and be thankful.
It is obvious to us why Routes came so highly recommended to us – the team is incredible. We had so much fun planning this trip with you and feel so fortunate that you were our travel partner in this. We are home and settling back into everyday life after an incredible experience in Israel. Thank you so very much for all your efforts – we really appreciate all that you did and the efforts that went above and beyond the “call of duty.” We are so grateful that our Routes coordinator was available to us 24/7!! We felt we were in extremely capable hands and knew we could count on you should any issues arise. All the arrangements and reservations you made went smoothly – transfers, reservations, guides, and especially the arrangements for the ceremony to renew our vows – we enjoyed the venue, the rabbi, and the photographer. And how wonderful to have our album prepared and delivered before we left!!! The guidance across the border between Israel and Jordan was wonderful and we felt confident through the process. All the hotels and meals were impeccable and tasteful.
The mix of guided and self-guided touring was perfect – and VERY ambitious!!
