Once we receive your form, you will be contacted by email and/or phone by your personal Routes Travel Israel tour operator. Your Israel tour operator will discuss with you all of the important information about the character of your group and your Israel trip goals. This is the beginning of the interactive dialogue that will take place at every stage of the trip planning process, keeping both sides fully involved and informed.
STEP 2: PLANNING TIME TABLES AND SUBMITTING THE DEPOSIT
Your Israel tour operator will guide you through the Israel trip planning process and provide you with necessary time tables and payment guidelines. Once you are comfortable with the guidelines involved, the Routes Travel team is ready to begin investing the time and effort which go into the development of your personalized Israel trip itinerary.
STEP 3: PREPARING A CUSTOMIZED ISRAEL TRIP ITINERARY
Our expert Israel tour operators are now ready to propose a draft itinerary, customized to the goals that you outlined in your Tour Request Form and in ongoing conversations with you. We will submit this draft itinerary to you for review and look forward to hearing your feedback. Your personal Israel tour operator will then fine tune the itinerary as much as necessary to match your exact desires.
STEP 4: PRICING PROPOSAL
Once we have agreed upon a basic itinerary for your Israel trip, we will submit to you a detailed proposal outlining your trip costs. The proposal will include the prices of all accommodations and services that are specified on the itinerary. If you are not satisfied with the proposal, we will offer you a variety of options and alternatives that can adjust the price.
STEP 5: BOOKING THE TRIP TO ISRAEL
Once you have agreed upon the itinerary and pricing we will ask you for a 25% deposit. Your Israel tour operator will begin booking all of the reservations for your trip. Sometimes, especially during the high tourist seasons, certain hotels and activities might be paid in full at the time of booking. In such cases, we will notify you promptly. The booking process typically takes a couple of weeks. Once we have finished booking your Israel trip, we will send you a final program with confirmed reservations and full payment instructions.
STEP 6: WHILE YOU ARE TRAVELING IN ISRAEL
From the moment that we meet you at the airport in Israel, you will relax and fully enjoy your customized Israel trip. The experience will be stress-free as your tour guide and our office will take care of every detail and all issues that may arise. The end result is an unforgettable Israel tour program for you and your party.
STEP 7: TRIP FOLLOW UP
After your Israel trip is finished, we will be in contact with you for a trip evaluation. We are always looking to improve our trips and therefore will ask you for feedback about your trip experience.
